The hotel already implements the health protocols and has received the mark “Health First”, as defined by the National Health Organization (EODY) and the Ministry of Tourism.

Hygiene and cleanliness protocols at the hotel are a top priority for the safety of guests and staff.

Hygiene and cleanliness protocols in our hotel are very important and we have implemented additional measures that meet the latest hygiene and cleaning instructions, to ensure the safety of our guests and staff daily. Our first priority is the hygiene, safety and care of our staff and guests.

Hotel Instructions for Health & Safety COVID-19 in accordance with National Legislation

Providing a safer environment for our visitors and partners is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please support our efforts to enhance the security of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, maintaining social distance and wearing a mask is mandatory whenever you are in public areas of the hotel.

• Contactless Check In

Upon check-in, all guests must have one of the following:

• Vaccination certificate issued by a competent body in the traveler’s country of origin.
• Instead of a vaccination certificate, guests should show either a negative PCR test performed up to 72 hours before arrival or a negative antigen test (rapid test) performed up to 48 hours before arrival. In case you stay at the hotel for more than 48 hours, you must repeat the rapid test process and announce the result at our reception.
• Alternatively, the visitor can prove positive for COVID-19 in the last 30 to 180 days. This can be demonstrated either by presenting a positive PCR molecular test result or an antigen test from an authorized laboratory or by a medical certificate confirming that the holder was positive for a SARS-CoV-2 virus infection. The certificate is issued 30 days after the day of the first positive COVID-19 test and is valid for 180 days after that.
• Minors from four (4) to seventeen (17) years old can alternatively submit a negative self-test up to 24 hours before arrival. To confirm the negative result of self-diagnosis you should use the link self-testing.gov.gr
• Continuous training of our staff to respond to the new data set by COVID -19 for our future well-being.
• Hygienist in each shift to ensure and implement hygiene measures
• Hand sanitizers will be available in all public areas as well as in the facilities where they are used by the hotel staff.
• Surgical masks for the staff according to the instructions of EODY.
• Special signs in all public areas, alerting guests to keep their distance, wear masks and use hand sanitizers.
• Prevention & hygiene protocols for cleaning rooms with special attention to surfaces and objects of high risk at touch. Strict cleaning after the guest leaves and before the next arrival.
• Buffet breakfast according to the latest hygiene and safety protocols
• The hotel restaurant operates in compliance with health protocols
• Daily staff check-in on each shift, both at the entrance and exit of the hotel. In all areas where the team of the hotel Nymfasia Resort works, the frequency of cleaning & disinfection has increased, with special attention to all high-risk surfaces when touched, such as entrances, locker rooms, offices
